INSURANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT EDUCATION / TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

• We will work with each client, as needed, to assist in identifying training needs;
• We will, as needed, design a coordinated training plan to satisfy the needs identified;
• We will after the training plan has been created:
1 design specific training courses to support the plan;
2 deliver the training and development;
3 provide ongoing evaluation and monitoring of the training.
The types of training and development will meet the needs of an organization consisting of one or more of the following:
4 Customized training;
5 Generic Training;
6 Preparation for the CIP, Broker / Agent Licensing and other Insurance Programs.
 
Cris Daniels and David Gould have extensive experience in facilitating programs for the Insurance Institute of Canada. Cris is in the process of taking the (IIC’s) Instructor’s Certification Program. Training will be delivered, depending on the need:
  • In a large group;
  • In a small group; or
  • On an individual basis
 
Training, at the choice of the customer, will be delivered either:
     *In a "live" environment; or
     *In a "virtual" environment.
